These crustaceans make excellent additions to outdoor ponds or larger tanks. They will try to nip at fins of slower moving fish. Should be kept will larger non-aggressive fish. They can be territorial towards each other. If keeping more than one, make sure to provide plenty of hiding places such as rocks and caves.
